Garage Band Tour – Foo Fighters teamed with BlackBerry to create a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 8 ultimate fans to host a live performance in his or her actual garage. I helped choose the winner in each of the 8 cities and was the winner manager.

360 European and North American Tour – Managed the VIP hospitality portion of the BlackBerry sponsorship activation, which consisted of 64 dates, with some dates including up to 9 separate private events in one night. Each VIP area included BlackBerry décor, hors-d’oeuvres, and drinks.

Reunion Tour – Coordinated the private VIP Moroccan-themed hospitality area backstage before every Police concert for Best Buy employees, customers, and business partners. Guests were greeted by brand ambassadors dressed in authentic Moroccan attire and enjoyed themed hors-d’oeuvres and drinks inspired by the North African region.

Viva La Vida Tour – Helped coordinate sound check parties for valuable Best Buy Reward Zone members at 5 Coldplay concerts. Acted as attendee manager prior to each event (invited each member via phone call) and on site (registration, sound check, and meet and greet) and worked with the creative designer to produce the photo gallery.
