Around-the-clock communication with all guests prior to travel.Supplies guests with a detailed itinerary of their trip including facts about the city, forecasted weather conditions during the travel period, area restaurants, sightseeing options, clothing suggestions or any other information pertinent to their travel.

FLIGHTS / CHANGE REQUESTS

After arrival if adjustments to a traveler’s schedule is required (such as an extension) we handle all necessary airline ticket and hotel updates.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Airport, event, and activity transfers can be booked for individuals or groups worldwide utilizing the following vehicles:

• Sedans
• SUVs
• Motor coaches
• Mini coaches
• Sprinter vans

Upon arrival at the airport, guests traveling domestically are always greeted at the airport’s baggage claim by their driver holding a sign with either the event logo or guest name (client’s choice). If guests are traveling internationally, they will be greeted directly outside of Customs. Guests are then driven to their destination via private vehicle.

HOTEL

Individual and large group room booking. We have direct contacts with some of the largest chains for discounted block rates.
