Stephanie Edmondson is bringing personalized VIP treatment back to the travel booking process by being the liaison between the traveler and the travel agent. She goes the extra mile to make first-time or seasoned travelers comfortable with their trip. It starts with obtaining the proper information to book a personalized itinerary for each guest. Examples of this include knowledge of special requirements such as Known Traveler ID, preferred flight time, first choice of airline, frequent flyer number, seat preference, health problems, physical limitations (wheelchair required), dietary restrictions, room type (1 bed or 2 beds / higher floor / quiet room), etc. She then works diligently to provide the most comfortable travel experience. Before and during the guest’s trip, she offers around-the-clock communication in case any changes need to be made or if the guest has any questions. Stephanie’s phone is never turned off.

I will provide a detailed travel email to include one or all of the following components (depending on the requests of the guest) … flight confirmation, airport transfer information including where to find your driver after you land, hotel confirmation, activity confirmation).
Ground Transportation
Working closely with the transportation company is key to ensuring a smooth transfer for everyone. Flight arrival times and departure times are reviewed before securing pick up and drop off times. For domestic flights, I ensure that guests are always greeted at Baggage Claim and for international flights, guests are greeted directly outside of Customs with their driver holding a sign with their name on it. Whether it’s an airport transfer or an event transfer, guests are driven to their destination in style via a private sedan, SUV, or mini-coach (pre-determined by the size of the group).

Recommended accommodations always have adequate room types plus dining options inside the hotel or within walking distance. The hotel’s pricing policy is always reviewed for areas of savings and billing arrangements. Distance from the hotel to the location where the traveler needs to be during his/her stay is always taken into consideration for convenience and ease.
